HOW DO I PAY MY RENT?
WE OFFER SEVERAL CONVENIENT METHODS FOR RENT PAYMENT. MOST TENANTS PREFER USING OUR SECURE ONLINE PORTAL FOR ONE-TIME PAYMENTS OR SETTING UP AUTOMATIC RECURRING TRANSFERS. WE ALSO ACCEPT ELECTRONIC CASH PAYMENTS THROUGH DESIGNATED RETAIL LOCATIONS.
HOW DO I SUBMIT A MAINTENANCE REQUEST?
MAINTENANCE REQUESTS SHOULD BE SUBMITTED THROUGH THE TENANT PORTAL. FOR URGENT AFTER-HOURS EMERGENCIES—SUCH AS FLOODING OR A COMPLETE LOSS OF UTILITIES—PLEASE CALL OUR 24/7 MAINTENANCE HOTLINE IMMEDIATELY FOR EXPEDITED SERVICE.
WHAT IS THE POLICY ON PETS?
PET POLICIES ARE DETERMINED BY INDIVIDUAL PROPERTY OWNERS. IF A PROPERTY IS PET-FRIENDLY, ALL ANIMALS MUST BE REGISTERED AND UNDERGO A SCREENING PROCESS. A NON-REFUNDABLE PET FEE OR MONTHLY PET RENT MAY BE REQUIRED AS PART OF YOUR LEASE AGREEMENT.
WHEN SHOULD I NOTIFY YOU IF I PLAN TO MOVE OUT?
PER THE TERMS OF YOUR LEASE, WRITTEN NOTICE OF INTENT TO VACATE IS TYPICALLY REQUIRED 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR LEASE EXPIRATION DATE. PLEASE SUBMIT YOUR NOTICE OFFICIALLY VIA THE TENANT PORTAL OR BY CERTIFIED MAIL TO ENSURE TIMELY PROCESSING.
HOW ARE SECURITY DEPOSIT REFUNDS HANDLED?
SECURITY DEPOSITS ARE PROCESSED AFTER YOU HAVE FULLY VACATED THE PREMISES AND A MOVE-OUT INSPECTION HAS BEEN CONDUCTED. REFUNDS, MINUS ANY NECESSARY REPAIR COSTS BEYOND NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR, ARE ISSUED WITHIN THE TIMEFRAME REQUIRED BY STATE LAW.
